Templates that did not work
Made some sketch models of cubes incorporating finger joints, which failed and I unfortunately threw away before taking any pictures. I really underestimated how hard it is to get all the pieces to fit together. Also played around with the number of teeth to put around the perimeter, I think I will settle on having a smaller number, since the final product should not be too big and it will give a cleaner look overall.
